→ I would like to make changes to my order

If you would like to make a change to a purchase you have made, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes or refund, as every purchase is made to order. We may be able to do a partial refund to cover material costs, if your order has not been processed.

→ My order arrived & I'm not happy with it

Please contact us and let us know what you are not happy with so we can work to fix the it. If it is faulty, a replacement will be sent out. If it is due to change of mind unfortunately we wont be able to accept a return, but we may be able to do a discount for a replacement.

→ My order never arrived!

Please allow extra time due to coronavirus. In saying that, please let us know if it has been delayed by more than a week so we can look into it, a replacement will be arranged after we investigate the issue & find your order to be lost. This wont apply if you have provided the incorrect address, so please check this carefully before payment.

→ I made a spelling mistake when choosing my custom decal - can I get a refund?

Let us know ASAP so we can amend this, if your order has already started processing it may be too late to make changes and we may charge an extra fee for waste of material.
