We have changed our process for custom orders

When sending in a custom decal request, you will be required to have your design ready. Minor changes to your design can be made, but replicating a design or font matching is no longer available. There are many online resources where you can choose your own font such as 1001fonts. Once you have chosen your font, please download it & make the design, then save it as an image and submit it to our website as normal.  This will make the processing time for your order much quicker.
The reason for this is that due to a higher volume of online orders since the pandemic, we need to prioritise getting these orders fulfilled in a timely manner, and custom designs take up a large amount of time.

Postage delays

Your order will still be fulfilled on our end as normal. Once it is posted out, this is beyond our control but we will do our best to ensure you are up to date with the latest postage times so you can have a realistic expectation as to when your order will arrive. There are some major delays with  international postage, please review this page if you are ordering from outside of Australia.

Response times

Please allow extra time for us to respond to your enquiries. If you spam us with question marks, your enquiry will be at lower priority. We need your patience and respect more than ever during an incredibly stressful and busy time.
